## share_call_recordings
Publish a recorded call outside the workspace under a capability link, read whether one is already published, and revoke it.
Use when a specific recorded conversation has to reach someone who cannot sign in — a coach, a customer, a reviewer — and the person asking has decided that is appropriate.
A share link is a standing grant to listen to a real customer conversation, and revoking it cannot un-hear it. Masking the prospect's voice reduces casual recognition; it is not anonymization, and the transcript still carries every word. Never create one speculatively, never create one to work around a missing permission, and always confirm with a person first.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
