## manage_voicemail_greetings
Keep the library of pre-recorded greetings a rep can drop into a prospect's voicemail: list them, register a newly uploaded one, and delete one nobody uses.
Use to report which greetings exist and whether each is ready to drop, to finish an upload the person has already made, or to retire a greeting that is out of date.
This does not record audio and does not drop a voicemail — dropping one is part of a live call and belongs to a human at a softphone. Only MP3 and WAV reach a carrier directly; anything else is transcoded first and cannot be dropped until its status says so. Deleting a greeting also deletes its audio.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
