## manage_recording_consent_policy

Read and change whether the workspace records calls, which consent rule applies, and what disclosure is spoken to the other party.

Use to report the current policy, or to apply a change a person has explicitly asked for — for example turning on jurisdiction-aware consent and supplying the script it will read aloud.

This decides what every future call is legally allowed to do. Turning recording on where consent is not established, or turning the disclosure off, can make the workspace's calls unlawful in some jurisdictions. It is not a preference; never change it to unblock another task.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: dialer:read, dialer:manage_numbers

Risk: security_admin; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
