## verify_contacts
Verify email addresses or phone numbers through the workspace's connected verifier waterfall; single calls confirm inline, bulk calls enqueue a durable run.
Use when asked to check whether an email or phone is valid before sending; bulk accepts explicit lists or a campaign scope and returns an operation handle.
Never verify without a connected workspace verifier key; the run bills the workspace's own provider account, so confirm spend before bulk submission.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: emailVerification:verify, phoneVerification:verify, emailVerification:read, phoneVerification:read
Risk: costly; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
