## manage_verification_preferences
Read or update the workspace's email-verification sharing posture: communal-cache mode, strict catch-all, freshness window, and provider display.
Use to audit or change how verdicts flow into the communal cache and how aggressively catch-all verdicts escalate.
Does not manage keys or run verification; payment mode is locked to BYOK.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: emailVerification:manage_sharing, emailVerification:read
Risk: write; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
