## reconnect_google_inbox
Mints a reconnect consent URL pinned to one existing Google inbox.
When asked to re-authorize a specific Google inbox.
For a first-time connect — use connect_google_inbox.
Return the authorization or checkout handoff to the person. The agent may initiate and inspect status, but must not complete the human approval.
Scopes: inbox:connect, inbox:read
Risk: write; confirmation: human_completion; idempotency: supported.
