## disconnect_inbox
Disconnects an inbox, tombstones its credential ref, and reports provider cleanup honestly.
When asked to disconnect or unlink an inbox.
For deleting inbox history — disconnect keeps the row.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: inbox:delete
Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: required.
