## manage_inbox_tags
List, create, update, or delete the inbox tags available inside a workspace.
Use to organize the workspace's shared tag vocabulary for leads and threads.
Tag names are unique per workspace; deleting a tag detaches it from every lead that referenced it.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: tag:read, tag:create, tag:update, tag:delete
Risk: write; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
