## delete_webhook
Delete an outbound webhook subscription: preview binds the target and issues a confirmation token, commit removes the subscription and tombstones its secret.
Use only when the subscription should be permanently removed; commit requires the preview token.
Never commit without a fresh preview token, and never reuse a token after the webhook changed.
Use the native preview first and pass its confirmation token unchanged to commit. A token does not bypass current permissions or Workspace checks.
Scopes: webhook:delete
Risk: destructive; confirmation: preview_token; idempotency: required.
