## transfer_domains
Push a domain to another account at the same registrar and check the progress of an outbound transfer.
Use when a person explicitly wants a domain moved off Scheduler Zero to their own registrar account.
A push is instant and the domain leaves the workspace; the EPP code for other registrars is only given to a person in the web app.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: domain:transfer, domain:read
Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
