## resolve_workspace

Resolve an explicit workspace handle to its stable summary and available bundles.

Use to turn a workspace id or slug into the handle every other capability call requires.

This only resolves a handle; it mutates nothing and stores no ambient workspace state.

Scopes: agent:identity, workspace:read

Risk: read; confirmation: none; idempotency: none.
