## monitor_job_progress

Read one bounded batch of up to 250 events for a workflow run, number provisioning, domain registration, mailbox order, verification run, or mailbox migration. Repeat with the returned cursor until the operation is terminal.

Use after starting long work to report what it is actually doing rather than guessing from a status field. Each batch carries a cursor; repeat with that cursor to continue without losing later events.

The stream is scoped to one operation the caller already owns; it cannot enumerate a workspace's work. Each kind is authorized against the permission that owns the underlying resource, so a credential that may follow a verification run may not follow a domain registration.

Author a workflow's graph and decide whether it is live: create a draft, save an edit, publish the draft as the runnable version, turn a published workflow on or off, and delete one. Trigger data.campaignFilter uses the same filter as webhook campaignScope: modes all/campaigns/tags/folders/names/rules, ids for selections, match any/all for selected tags and name terms. Rules compose nested AND/OR/NOT: field campaigns/folders/tags with ids, names with terms, tagged/filed with boolean value, or group with rules; root/groups default to match all, tags/names to any, exclude negates each rule. A campaign has many tags but one folder. excludeCampaignIds/excludeTagIds/excludeFolderIds/excludeNameContains, taggedOnly and filedOnly are available in every mode. Folder filters include live descendants. Global exclusions win; deleted references fail closed even inside NOT/OR. This supersedes legacy positiveReplyAllCampaigns/positiveReplyCampaignIds when set.
