## manage_organization
Rename an Organization.
Use when the user asks to rename an Organization they manage.
Deleting or transferring an Organization is owner-only and must be done by the user in settings.
Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.
Scopes: org:update
Risk: write; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
