## manage_heyreach_accounts

Maintain the workspace's LinkedIn sender accounts in HeyReach: reconnect a dropped session, re-read an account's state, choose how much of its inbox HeyReach scrapes, or remove it.

Use when an account read shows an invalid or stale session, or when a person asks to retire a sender.

Connecting a new sender, submitting its LinkedIn PIN, and changing its proxy all carry a password, cookies, a PIN, or a proxy secret, and are a person's job. Removing an account still assigned to campaigns needs `force`, and stops those campaigns from sending as it.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: integration:update, inbox:connect, inbox:update, inbox:delete

Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
