## manage_campaign_delivery

Resume future steps or stop a currently held campaign enrollment after a delivery delay.

Use only after inspecting the delivery record and explicitly choosing the action; both actions target the historical send that holds the current enrollment.

Do not use this to resend the delayed message or to override an unrelated reply, unsubscribe, manual stop, or newer enrollment pass.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: campaign:update
