Read one permission request: requester, requested and granted permissions, reason and context, status, and the reviewer's note.
Use to follow up on a request you filed (pending, approved, denied, cancelled, or expired) or to show a reviewer its details before deciding.
Non-reviewers can read only their own requests; others answer not found.
