## set_permission_request_policy

Turn permission requests on or off for a workspace. Off stops new requests; pending ones stay reviewable.

Use when a workspace admin asks to stop (or allow again) members requesting more permissions.

It does not change anyone's permissions or decide pending requests.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: workspaceMember:update

Risk: write; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: supported.
