## manage_workspace_lifecycle

Create, update, delete, or leave a workspace; delete/leave are human-gated and irreversible.

Use to manage a workspace's identity and lifecycle under the caller's permission.

Deletion cascades and is owner-only; leave/remove govern membership, not the workspace row.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: workspace:update, workspace:delete, workspaceMember:remove

Risk: destructive; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: required.
