## manage_campaign_notes

Read and write the titled markdown notes attached to a campaign — briefs, strategy, retros.

Use to record the reasoning behind a campaign change where the team will find it later.

Notes are visible to everyone who can read the campaign; do not put credentials or personal data in them.

Scopes: campaign:read, campaign:update

Risk: write; confirmation: none; idempotency: supported.
