## create_workspace

Create a Workspace in a named Organization (ADR-075 §5). The caller's person becomes its Workspace Admin.

Use after create_organization, or when the person asks for a new Workspace in an Organization where they hold workspace:create.

Available to personal API keys and signed-in people; interactive MCP grants hand the person to Organization settings instead. Deleting or moving a Workspace stays human-only.

Obtain the user's explicit authorization before invoking a write or destructive action. This is a client interaction requirement, not a server-issued approval token.

Scopes: workspace:create

Risk: write; confirmation: explicit; idempotency: required.
