## create_reminder

Schedule a reminder on a Unibox thread and durably enqueue its send.

Use when a thread needs a future follow-up nudge; the response carries the job run acknowledgement.

Creating a reminder replaces any pending one on the same thread; do not stack reminders.

Scopes: unibox:reply
