## configure_getleads_rate_limit

Set how many GetLeads requests per minute this workspace may start (1–100).

Use to slow the workspace down when GetLeads answers with rate limits, or to raise the pace for a planned run.

The gate is shared by every caller using the same key; it cannot exceed GetLeads' own limits.
